Changing Seasons
For the "Changing Seasons" template, challenge students to show the passing of time in a single scene—such as a tree changing through the four seasons. Using watercolors and crayons, they can blend soft color transitions for spring blossoms, summer greens, autumn leaves, and winter snow. Encourage them to add small seasonal details like migrating birds, fallen leaves, or icicles.
Suggest placing the tree in a landscape that changes with the seasons—perhaps with flowers blooming in one corner, and snow covering another. They can create their own art using the ready-to-draw template or the 8-inch circle art template we offer. Remember, no glitter, fluorescent colors, or highlighters. This project encourages observation and creativity in capturing nature's transformations.
