What Would You Grow?
For the "What Would You Grow?" template, have your students design a shared class garden filled with the plants they would grow together. Using watercolors and colored pencils, they can illustrate tall sunflowers, ripe tomatoes, bright pumpkins, or fragrant herbs, blending soft washes of color with textured details. Encourage them to personalize their section of the garden with unique arrangements, playful patterns on the leaves, or tiny critters exploring the plants.
Suggest adding a background of garden paths, a wooden fence, or a sunny sky to bring the scene to life. They can create their own art using the ready-to-draw template or the 8-inch circle art template we offer. Remember, no glitter, fluorescent colors, or highlighters. This project promotes teamwork and creativity, resulting in a vibrant class garden that reflects the imagination of every student.
